Attendance
Arriving on time is a trademark of a true professional. Be on time, be prepared, and focused. This time is your investment in your goals, and is all about building productive habits. I do not have the flexibility in my schedule to push back time if you are late to your lesson. Minutes late will be deducted from your lesson time. Please anticipate travel time and make arrangements to arrive to your lesson on time. This is extended to include lessons held virtually; whether it be via Facetime, Skype, Zoom, or otherwise.
Payment Policy
There are a number of options for payment plans that are available to you. Each student’s account is personal and exceptions can be made. However, these exceptions are made solely on a case-by-case basis and a separate payment contract would be entered and signed by both parties at that time.
At this time, in order to take advantage of the bulk lesson savings, you must select your preferred plan on Jacqueline Elizabeth’s website. In doing so, you will sign up for the automatic billing which allows students to simply enjoy their lessons without having to worry about remembering to submit payment prior to lessons.
Rates are subject to change at Jacqueline Elizabeth’s discretion; they will remain updated on the website. Should a change be made to the contract, you will be notified and receive a new, updated copy of the contract for your reference.
You are welcome to process payment week to week if you choose at the regular rate* per lesson - price varies depending on chosen lesson plan. Your payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson. Once your payment is completed 24 hours in advance, your lesson will be confirmed on the schedule. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your lesson, your name will not be included on the daily lesson roster. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the lesson. If you choose to pay lesson to lesson, it is your responsibility to remember to process payment 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson.*Regular rate is reflected of what is posted on the website which does NOT include the reduce pricing for tuition plans. All payments must be processed through JacquelineElizabeth.info
Lesson Rates Include

Access to materials owned by Jacqueline Elizabeth to be shared via Google Drive or other platform, for learning purposes.
Customized lesson plan prepared prior to each scheduled lesson.
Cancellation Policy
Any lesson cancellations must be communicated by email or text no later than 24 hours prior to the lesson time in order to receive a rescheduled lesson, also referred to as a "makeup lesson." I understand that sometimes, events occur that keep us from attending our lesson. (Weather, family emergency, personal illness, etc.) Due to the nature of how the lessons are organized, you won’t miss out on what you would have learned during our time together! In the instance that you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson time, and you are unable to notify me prior to the 24 hour deadline, I will utilize our lesson time, and create a video for you focusing on the lesson plan created for your lesson that day. I will cover the specifics of each exercise in full for you to practice at home. I will also deconstruct the song we have been working on, highlighting the areas of focus for your at-home rehearsals. This is not a substitute for continued attendance. Please do your best to keep all missed lessons to a minimum!
Cancellation requests submitted by Facebook Messenger, Skype Messenger, or similar means will not be accepted as a cancellation request. A no call no show will forfeit the cost of his or her scheduled lesson and will not receive a video lesson.
3 consecutive lessons missed will forfeit your lesson slot unless previously discussed.
The following holidays are observed and lessons will not be held on these weeks; Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th. Lessons that fall on these weeks will be accounted for and may be adjusted to another week - please contact Jacqueline with questions and/or refer to the lesson schedule sent out periodically via email.
We encourage you to invest this time in yourself. The lessons are focused on you and your dream. Make being at your lessons a priority; it encourages professionalism in the way you commit to your goals, and the working relationships with others.
Lesson Schedule
An adequate lesson schedule is one lesson per week. Lesson time/day are contingent on availability. Should you need to change your lesson day/time, 7-business days notice is required. Should your ideal lesson time be unavailable, you may be included on a waiting list until that time opens.
Lesson Video & Sound Recordings
All students are welcome to either video record or sound record their lessons for rehearsal purposes. The content within the lesson is copy written and owned by Jacqueline Elizabeth. The student DOES NOT have the permission of Jacqueline Elizabeth to post the video onto any social medium, such as Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Myspace, tumbler, instagram, Tinder, etc. If the video or sound recording is found posted, it will be removed by the owner, and the student will be discontinued from lessons.
Lesson Termination Policy
Should a student discontinue lessons for whatever reason, at least one month’s notice in advance of the last lesson date must be given. Should insufficient notice be given, payment for 4 lessons from the date of notification or discontinuance of lesson is required. Jacqueline reserves the right to discontinue lessons with any student at any time.
